Job Responsibilities

✔ Manage front office operations and guest interactions professionally  

✔ Handle student and visitor enquiries efficiently  

✔ Maintain admission and communication records  

✔ Coordinate appointments, calls, and administrative tasks  

✔ Provide excellent customer service and hospitality support  

✔ Assist in daily office operations and front desk activities  

✔ Maintain a professional and welcoming environment  

✔ Support management with coordination and reporting tasks

Educational Requirements

✔ Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) pass  

✔ Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred  

✔ Basic computer knowledge is required

Experience Requirements

✔ Freshers can apply  

✔ Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
